PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain appropriate damping force by eliminating the spring properties of a damper, and to reduce the vibration of a washing machine by minimizing the transmission of vibration by a structure without a sliding part and without generating sliding resistance. SOLUTION: An elastic body 32 supporting an outer tub 33 comprises a compression spring 41, an elastic bag body 42 enclosing the compression spring 41, and a through-hole 46 formed in the bag body 42. With this structure, the sliding part can be eliminated, and the appropriate damping force can be obtained from the resistance generated when the fluid in the bag body 42 flows out/into the bag body through the through-hole 46.
