A MOBILE SHORT MESSAGE SYSTEM AND A DELIVERING METHOD FOR MOBILE SHORT MESSAGE

A mobile short message system, includes: mobile switch center of the caller party (O_MSC), service control point (SCP) and mobile switch center (T_MSC); the theory of the system is that: the SCP receives the short message directly from the O_MSC of the subscriber, authenticates the subscriber, and forwards the short message to the T_MSC; charges the subscriber according to the response of the short message transmission result, which realizes delivering short message to the called party and authenticating, charging for the subscriber and avoids device compatibility problem caused by special interface set between the short message service center and the SCP in the prior art. In addition, the present invention also adds a SMSC based on the system described above, which has the function of storing and forwarding the short message when it fails in sending the short message for the first time. Besides, the present invention also discloses a delivering method of mobile short message based on the system described above.
