Disclosed is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer composition having excellent mechanical characteristics without deteriorating the inherent flexibility of a polyester elastomer. This polyester elastomer composition hardly forms a gelatinized product even though it has a high melt viscosity, and is excellent in flex fatigue resistance, hydrolysis resistance and moldability such as extrusion moldability and blow moldability. Specifically disclosed is a polyester elastomer composition obtained by reacting a polyester elastomer with a di- or more-functional epoxy compound and a polycarbodiimide. This polyester elastomer composition is characterized by having a tensile strength at break of not less than 35 MPa, a tensile elongation at break of not less than 450%, and a ratio of tensile strength at break to stress at 50% elongation of not less than 3.
