A hinge of universal mill spindle includes barrel-shaped rollers, generatrix of which is outlined by the curve of variable radius, holder and bushing, in which the radii of semi-cylindrical grooves have larger radius that the average section of rollers, and the centers of semi-cylindrical grooves are displaced relative to the pitch circle to the center of the hinge to the holders and from the centre of the hinge to the bushings for the value e, which is determined from the relation: furthermore, the holder is centered relative to the bushing in the sphere. Centering of the holder relative to the bushing is made by spherical zones placed outside the semi-cylindrical grooves and rollers, and the diameter of sphere, which is centered, is determined according to the following relation: .
