<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a foamed rubber roller free from peeling due to rise of both ends of a core metal even in a foaming and vulcanizing process under no-pressurization by a hot stove etc., by preventing the rise of both the ends of the core metal due to shrinkage of a rubber composition at the time of arranging the rubber composition on the outer periphery of the core metal simultaneously with extrusion of the rubber composition using an extruder. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the foamed rubber roller manufactured by the foaming and vulcanizing process under no-pressurization after continuously making the core metal (4) penetrate a cross head die (1) of the extruder simultaneously with the extrusion of the rubber composition using the extruder, the L/H value of the length (L) (6) of a land in the die part of the cross head (1) and a die opening (H) (7) of the die is within a range from 0.1 to 0.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
