<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having a simple configuration with a manual paper feed unit on a side of a device body which is capable of easily allowing a user to change various kinds of manual paper feed units by himself, and correctly positioning the manual paper feed unit. <P>SOLUTION: A guide member 29 on which a manual paper feed unit (not shown) is detachably mounted is arranged within the image forming device. The guide member 29 comprises a mounting unit 30 for mounting the manual paper feed unit on a side face of a device body, a locking unit 31 which is engaged with a frame member 27 to prevent the guide member 29 from being turned by the weight of a manual paper feed unit 10d, a fixing unit 32 for fixing the guide member 29 to right and left body frames 26a, 26b, and an engagement hole 33 used for determining the positional relationship between a conveying frame 28 and the guide member 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
