<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fetch an I picture of MPEG2 video image stream for special reproduction easily from a server. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a first time reproduction point time acquiring unit 12b for acquiring a reproduction point time as time from the head of video image stream according to the reproduction double speed, a request signal generating unit 12d for acquiring a request signal for requesting compressed data of about one second of reproduction time of the video image stream from the reproduction point time, a storage control unit 12e for storing partial video image stream data transmitted, as response to the request signal in a memory 13; a transfer control unit 12f for retrieving an I picture from the inside of the memory and transferring it to a decoder 15, and a next reproduction point time acquiring unit 12c for calculating the next reproduction point time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
