<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupation ratio in a lining and to reduce cost of lining. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement structure for the air bag device 1 has an air bag arranged at the cabin inner side of a panel 6 below a window 9 and upward deployed along an inner surface of the window 9. A front cover body 80 for covering the cabin inner side of the air bag in the folded state and forming a design surface at the cabin side is provided on the air bag device 1.
