<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of automatically determining inspection and maintenance items, a maintenance shop and an inspection and maintenance schedule and also dealing with an additional inspection in the inspection and maintenance of a lease vehicle different in inspection and maintenance items for every customer and every automobile lease company. <P>SOLUTION: The system is constituted so that the customer, the maintenance shop and the automobile lease company are connected using a communication network via a VPN or the Internet, in the case of the Internet, the customer, the maintenance shop and the automobile lease company are authenticated by further assuring security, the customer registers a drive plan of the vehicle via the communication network, is provided with progress information of the inspection and maintenance so that the customer confirms the progress information, the maintenance shop reports an operation schedule and a progress status of the inspection and maintenance and the automobile lease company informs the customer and the maintenance shop of the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
