<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic coating composition capable of forming a coating film having high transparency, excellent adhesiveness with a base material and abrasion resistance, and an excellent effect in keeping hydrophilicity, and defogging property, drop flowing property and antifouling property, which are associated with hydrophilicity, over a long period of time, and to provide a hydrophilic coated film and an agricultural film. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic coating composition comprises alumina particles whose aggregated particles in a dispersion medium have a mean aspect ratio of 3-20, a mean particle diameter in the major axis direction of 100-500 nm, and a mean particle diameter in the minor axis direction of 2-100 nm, silica-alumina composite particles whose aggregated particles in a dispersion medium have a mean particle diameter of not more than 150 nm, and water, and whose concentration of solids is 0.1-30 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
