<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the time required for changing various processes and make it reflect on production scheme in the case of switching the machine type of a printed board. <P>SOLUTION: An operator presses a touch panel switch 27, performs operation accompanied by switching of machine type of a printed board P, and selects kind of a produced printed board P. Then a CPU20 reads the production machine type information of an old printed board P and a new printed board P, and judges whether there is change of arrangement of a part supply unit 6 in the order of arrangement number. If there is exchange, a counter increments an exchange frequency of the port supply unit to "1", which is repeated through an arrangement number 0005. Then the CPU20 adds a machine type switch time 60 seconds that is set and stored in a RAM21, B/P rearrangement time 40 seconds, and feeder exchange time 450 seconds (150 seconds×counter reading "3") together, which is divided by the number of persons 2 to display an arrangement time 275 seconds per one person on a monitor 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
