<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is incorporated into a backlight unit of a liquid crystal display device and comprises a lens array sheet having a metal reflection layer on a lens non-condensing part region of a fine lens pitch for efficiently emitting backlight rays to a liquid crystal panel side, to provide the manufacturing method of the optical sheet, and to provide a backlight provided with the optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical sheet, the metal reflection layer is formed so as to reflect light rays to the non-condensing part region of a flat surface of the side opposite to a lens surface of the lens array sheet.
