<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap body formable easily and manufacturable inexpensively compared to a conventional one, while retaining sufficient strength to endure the long-time use; and bags using the strap body. <P>SOLUTION: The strap body is characterized by the integration of a cover body 4, a belt-like material 1 and a reinforcing material 3. The belt-like material 1 with at least flexibility and cushioning properties and the reinforcing material 2 layered at least either on the front surface 1a or the rear surface 1b of the belt-like material and hardly extendable regardless of the flexibility, are inserted when forming the synthetic resin cylindrical cover body 4.
