<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator for vehicle which can suppress the noise that occurs when a speed changer shifts up after acceleration of the vehicle while preventing the early breakdown of a belt or the abnormal sound occurrence due to the slippage of the belt by a clutch pulley in idle rotation when revolution ripple is large. <P>SOLUTION: The generator 1 is equipped with a pulley which has a unidirectional clutch mechanism. This unidirectional clutch mechanism operates to transmit driving force from the pulley to a rotor 3 at rotational acceleration of the crank shaft of an engine, and not to transmit the driving force to the rotor 3 at rotational deceleration of the crank shaft. A regulator 7 lets an exciting current flow compulsively to a field coil 31 when the speed changer of the engine shifts up, and then it performs the control of returning the current geared to usual requested output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
