<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make high-accuracy rolling possible by controlling a rolling mill so as to be non-interfering relationship that the command value of the work-roll gap and the command value of bender pressure do not affect each other. <P>SOLUTION: By calculating an influence coefficient expressing mutual effect of the rolling mill 2 and a rolled stock 3 by using a physical model obtained by modeling a rolling state in the rolling mill 2 for every rolling pass and calculating non-interfering matrix E so as to become a diagonal matrix by making the product with a rolling model matrix which takes the influence coefficient as a component, the rolling mill 2 is controlled by using a non-interfering logic expressed by the non-interfering matrix E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
