PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly install and connect an illumination apparatus to a connector in an illumination facility. SOLUTION: This illumination facility support system includes a light control console 1 equipped with a table having identification information of illumination apparatuses 31-39 connected to connectors stored therein by relating it to identification information of the connectors in the illumination facility equipped with a plurality of connectors 51-59. The illumination facility support system is so structured that, by using a terminal unit 2 having a reader 24 for reading information from IC tags 41-49 with the identification information of the illumination apparatuses 31-39 stored therein, the information read by the reader 24 is transmitted to the light control console 1; and display information for displaying, in the form of a layout, the positions of the connectors to which the illumination apparatuses are connected is obtained from the light control console 1 in response to it.
