<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel having favorable visibility and operability in the touch panel for use in various types of electronic devices. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel is constituted by having a hard coat layer 9 to the lower face of a lower phase difference plate 8 stuck to a lower substrate 2. The lower face of the lower phase difference plate 8 is covered with the hard coat layer 9 so as to prevent the damage on the lower phase difference plate 8 when manufacturing, storing, conveying it, or wiping out stain and dust, and to provide the touch panel with favorable visibility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
