<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately transmit the vibration energy of an ultrasonic vibrator to a brush head part and to easily assemble a front frame body, an inner frame body for control and a rear frame body. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic toothbrush, turning is prevented by fitting both of a projection 10B3 formed on the inner frame body 10B for control and a rib 10C1 formed on the rear frame body 10C to a notch 11 formed on the step lower surface 11B of the front frame body 10A, the inner frame body for control is provided with an ultrasonic signal generation means, and a metallic vibration transmission body 14 for transmitting the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator 13 to a metallic flocked bristle base part 21 provided on a brush part is attached to the narrow neck part 12 of the front frame body 10A.
