PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotor, with which a magnet can securely be fixed to a rotor core with resin and the rotor core can be prevented from being broken. SOLUTION: When a size between an end face 12a of the rotor core 12 and an end face 11a of a permanent magnet 11 is set to be an inter-core end face magnet sizeδ, melted resin 13 is implanted into a slot 12s from a cylinder 23, and a minimum value of a size between an inner peripheral face of the slot 12s and a side of the permanent magnet 11, with which resin 13 can be filled, is set to be a minimum size value between slot magnets, melted resin 13 is implanted into the slot 12s and injection molding is performed with a condition that the value of the inter-core end face magnet sizeδis set to be not less than the minimum size value between slot magnets.
