PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of a number of peripherals even if only continuous address spaces of slender and small size are present. SOLUTION: This information processor comprises a processing part 130 for performing processing of a peripheral device, a memory 140 divided to a plurality of blocks, and a memory access processing part for specifying a block of the memory as an access object based on an access signal to the memory and performing access processing to the memory. The memory access processing part includes a block address storage register 170, 172 for holding the block address of the memory as the access object, a block address control part 120, 150, 160 for specifying the block address as the access object and setting it to the block address storage register, and an access control part 120, 150, 160 for specifying the block of the memory as the access object based on a value of the block address storage register and controlling to perform access processing to the memory.
