PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for remotely managing a building, capable of supporting the business organization and fault recovery system of the equipment of a management center in each company. SOLUTION: The remote management system, having terminal devices 21A to 22B of other company for informing detection of abnormality of the equipment in the building which the other company makes contracts; a storage 5 disposed in a management center device 1A for storing at least own company information relating to the equipment and terminal device which own company contracts and other company management information relating to the equipment and terminal device which other company manages in the management center device 1A, having a receiver 1 connected remotely to the other company terminal device via a communication circuit 13, and an other company management center device 3A, which is disposed in an other company management center, comprises an Internet server device 10 disposed in the management center device 1A and which can be connected to a predetermined personal computer 4A; and a communication control device 9 for capturing from the storage 5 the information same as the information delivered from the management center device 1A, and storing the corresponding information into the Internet server device 10.
