PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided with a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate, in which the photosensitive layer contains an enamine compound expressed by a formula (1). In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, and R<SB>7</SB>denote an alkyl group, aralkyl group, alkoxy group, or aryl group; R<SB>3</SB>to R<SB>6</SB>denote an alkyl group, aralkyl group or aryl group.
