PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic apparatus having excellent fixing performance and stable cleaning performance, satisfying both of mechanical strength such as scratch resistance and wear resistance and electrical characteristics of an electrophotographic photoreceptor, and excellent repetition stability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic apparatus comprises the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a support, a charging means, an exposure means, a developing means, a transfer means, a fixing means and a cleaning means, wherein the surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor has a glass transition temperature of≥130°C and the developing means has toner including at least a binder resin, a colorant and wax. Wax concentration of an extract obtained by dispersing the toner in n-hexane at 23°C in the concentration of 15 mg/cm<SP>3</SP>and carrying out extraction for 1 min is in a range of 0.080-0.500 mg/cm<SP>3</SP>.
