PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for simply making a waste liquid having a high hydrogen ion density containing cement or the like into drainage at a hydrogen ion density suitable for discharge such as, for example, a neutral range, without turbidity and having a remarkably small amount of suspended matters regardless of the particle size of a contained cement particle and a suspended particle. SOLUTION: The method for treating a cement-containing waste liquid comprises loading an inorganic flocculant into the cement-containing waste liquid , next loading a polymer flocculant, then neutralizing by a neutralizer, and further loading the polymer flocculant.
