PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge head in which a strength of an electric connection of a drive circuit with a drive element is sufficiently assured, and a droplet discharger. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge head is provided with a drive circuit portion 26 provided on one side of an upper stand or a lower stand of a stepped part, and a piezoelectric element 23 provided on the other side of the upper stand or the lower stand of the stepped part and driven by the drive circuit portion 26, and has a flexible substrate 27 connecting electrically the drive circuit portion 26 with the piezoelectric element 23. The flexible substrate 27 is provided with a first terminal 73 connecting electrically with the drive circuit portion 26, a second terminal 74 connecting electrically with the piezoelectric element 23, and a first and a second stress absorption parts 83 and 86 provided between the first terminal 73 and the second terminal 74 to absorb the stress produced on the flexible substrate 27.
