PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rest pan capable of being sufficiently cooled down by outside air flowing through a cooling route of the bottom to prevent an emission of smoke or ignition caused by oil even with the pan not filled with water and to save labor in the use. SOLUTION: The cooker is provided with upper/lower heater elements for heating an object to be cooked inside a cooking chamber, a grill for resting the food, a rest pan for resting the grill, an exhaust opening on the rear side of a main body, an exhaust route for making the exhaust opening communicate with an exhaust outlet of the cooking chamber and a catalyst and a catalyst heater provided near the exhaust outlet for purifying air. The cooling route is provided on the bottom of the pan. An air intake of the cooling route is provided on the front side of the cooking chamber. An air discharge outlet communicates with the exhaust opening. An exhaust fan is disposed in the exhaust route. A suction fan is disposed in the cooling route.
