A polyurethane coating agent containing micro-capsule and mineral materials is provided to show harmlessness to human body as well as excellent properties such as workability, scratch resistance and coatability. The polyurethane coating agent comprises 2-20 wt% of a micro-capsule, 5-20 wt% of a far infrared ray and anion emitting mineral material, 50-80 wt% of a water-soluble polyurethane resin, 0.1-10 wt% of polyisocyanate, 0.1-5 wt% of a wetting agent, and 0.1-5 wt% of a thickener. The polyurethane coating agent comprises 17-35 wt% of the functional materials with respect to the total 100 wt% of the micro-capsule. Preferably, the polyurethane coating agent has a pH of 7-9. |
