<p>A method for blast-furnace melting involves charging of the charge materials into the first blast furnace, an air-blast supply which contains natural gas and oxygen, melting of iron-ore materials with receiving of reducing gas, pig-iron and slag, andalso charging of the charge materials into the second blast furnace, submission as the air-blast of reducing gas received in the first blast furnace, receiving of pig-iron and slag, at that in the first blast furnace during the charging the level backing is reduced to the level of achievement of temperature of a top smoke not less, than 1173 K, the charge materials - (pellets) and coke are charged into the first furnace hot at the temperature up to 1373 K, and a blast-furnace dust together with reducing gas is transported into the second blast furnace.</p> |
