A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence display device is provided to prevent an organic electroluminescence element from being deteriorated for a long time by blocking penetration of moisture from the outside. A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence display device includes the steps of: forming an organic electroluminescence element(2) having a transparent positive electrode, a hole-transfer layer, a light emitting layer, and a negative electrode on an array substrate(1); forming an inorganic insulation layer to cover an outer circumferential plane of the organic electroluminescence element(2); forming an organic resin layer to cover the organic electroluminescence element(2) which is covered with the inorganic insulation layer; and forming a moisture-proof layer(4) on the organic resin layer. |
