The invention relates to means for structure investigation of substances, particularly parent structure values of metals. The method for definition of parent structure values of metals provides the definition of composition, liquidus temperature on cooling, surface-tension, viscosity and fused electrolyte density at liquidus temperature, inclusion of surface-tension indices, viscosity and fused electrolyte density in preliminary set up regression equations defining parent structure values of metals in accordance with them. The invention provides acceleration of process to define parent structure values of metals and manufacturing process optimization.
