PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric contact preventing growth of whiskers and eliminating problems of degradation of soldering property of an exposed edge. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electric contact (12) comprises a process of supplying a series of electric contacts (30) coupled with a carrier strip to a plating station (36) before an induction heating station (38). At the plating station (36), the electric contacts are plated by conductive alloy coating to form coated electric contacts (42).
