PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for a vehicle provided with a resonator eliminating a risk that dust and water drops are accumulated in the resonator. SOLUTION: A tip part of an intake duct 903 is branched to the resonator 906 and an intake part 905. A chamber 908 provided with an intake port 909 taking outer air is formed on the intake part 905. The resonator 906 is arranged above the intake port 909. Moreover, a branch part 907 and the chamber 908 are provided slightly inclined downward toward a main pipe part 904. The intake duct 903 so formed is arranged to keep a desired interval between the intake port 909 and a rear part outer surface of a fuel tank 6 and is arranged below a seat and below a resin cover.
