PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which can prevent the occurrence of electrical troubles when a miniaturized component such as an IC chip is mounted. SOLUTION: A flexible auxiliary member 4 harder than a base material 2 is formed to overlap one surface of the base material 2, and a conductive circuit 3 with a mounting part 32 for mounting a mounting component 5 is further provided on the auxiliary member 4, thus forming a circuit board 1A.
