PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation housing with an underfloor air-tight structure, enabling a base isolation housing to adopt an underfloor air-tight structure. SOLUTION: An earthquake-proof device is utilized to adopt the following means for the base isolation housing in which a gap is formed between a foundation and a base isolation sill: firstly, an air-tight material installation site is provided in the gap between the foundation and the base isolation sill, and secondly, an elastic air-tight material is provided at the air-tight material installation site for vertically energizing the foundation and the base isolation sill to keep air tight.
