The invention relates to the technology of removal of biological-active substances from different types of vegetable, animal and other forms of raw material by liquid extractants and it can be used in chemical-pharmaceutical, food, perfume and cosmetic and other branches of industry. A method of extracting biological-active substances in the system "solid body - liquid" provides for infusion of solid body by liquid in the basic volume with subsequent repeated alternating filtration by laminar flow of the liquid through the layer of solid body with application of auxiliary volume with the change in the basic volume of the direction of motion and level of the "mirror" of liquid in each cycle for 10-20% at a temperature of liquid from 20 to 95 DEGREE C. Invention provides for obtaining end product with increased content of biological-active substances.
