The invention relates to an assemblable dwelling comprising: (i) a structure consisting of a central tubular shaft supporting a frame which is made from tubular elements and which forms platforms that serve as floors, between floors and ceilings; (ii) a base comprising at least two plates which are cut in a semi-circular manner and which are positioned in the form of a cross in order to form a space for housing the structure, each of the ends of said semi-circular plates being equipped with an adjustable bar and anchor such that the dwelling can be adapted to any firm ground; and (iii) a lining for covering the structure, which forms the walls and the roof and which consists of hollow panes that are filled with a synthetic or natural insulating material in order to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. The inventive dwelling also comprises a mechanism for rotating same, such as an assembly of plates and balls, a conical bearing, etc.
