The method for obtaining the positive control serum to the chicken infectious bronchitis virus provides for the infraorbital administration of immunizing preparation to the chicken at the age of 120 days lacking the antibodies against the common viral pathogens (infectious bursitis, Gamboro disease, infectious laryngotracheitis, chickenpox, reo-, adenoviruses). The vaccine strain of the chicken infectious bronchitis virus is used as the immunizing agent.
