A hydraulic engine has installed across water flow shaft with several actuators fixed on it, each of those is equipped with structural unit as flat blades installed at free ends at same distances and radially placed on shaft rods, and electric generator kinematically connected to it. Rods of each of actuators equipped with L-shaped extensions are connected in extensions by hinges to blades and areequipped with stoppers of last ones in water flow, at that each of actuators is arranged as water wheel, and L-shaped extensions of rods of at least two water wheels placed one near another are mounted oppositely and with shift one with respect to another by half-pitch.
