The invention relates to solid, water-dispersible formulations which compris e one or more herbicidal substances from the group of sulfonamides of general formula (I) and the salts thereof, one or more safeners, one or more solvent s, one or more excipients, selected from excipients having low and/or high absorbency, one or more conventional adjuvants and additives, selected from the group including emulsifiers, antifoaming agents, cross-linking agents, a nd dispersants. The ratio of safeners to solvents is chosen to be specific, and the ratio of the two components combined to the used excipients having high absorbency is chosen to be specific. The inventive formulations are suitable for use in plant protection.
