<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast-receiving system, a broadcast-receiving method, and a broadcast-receiving terminal device, allowing the user to receive pay program in a vehicle running on a toll road and only specified areas of the toll road. <P>SOLUTION: The broadcast-receiving system for receiving the scrambled pay program in the vehicle running on the toll road, by using an ETC system transmits, at an entrance of the toll road, key information for receiving the pay program to the broadcast-receiving terminal device equipped in the vehicle passing through the entrance, settles a fee for the pay program charged to the vehicle, and erases the key information held in the broadcast-receiving terminal device by capturing at an exit of the toll road the confirmation information for confirming the broadcast-receiving from the vehicle passing through the exit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
