<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic slip management system for flexibly facilitating countermeasures without changing this system even when an entry data item of a slip is changed. <P>SOLUTION: When designing an electronic slip, which item of a slip is the object of slip data to be stored can be set. As for the items of the electronic slip, slip design to which the weight of significance is added is available. For example, as for any item which is necessary for a basic information system, the data of the item are stored as slip data in a slip data storage part, and as for comment items or specially described items which are just necessary for intention transmission in an organization, the data are not stored as slip data, but stored as original slip data as an evidence in the issue of a slip, and stored in an original slip data storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
