<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high concentration catechin-containing packaged drink suppressed in deterioration smell even if preserving for a long period under high temperature and free from changing tone of color. <P>SOLUTION: The pH2-5 packaged drink containing 0.04-0.5 mass% of nonpolymerized catechin is obtained by mixing of a green tea extract treated with union type ion exchange resin dipped with sulfite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
