PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-type fluid circulating apparatus with flexibility, attaining low profile and weight reduction, capable of avoiding electromagnetic noises for malfunctioning electronic apparatuses. SOLUTION: The sheet-type fluid circulating apparatus is configured to include a fluid path 15, having a closed structure provided in an inner space of a flexible sheet 11 of a stacked configuration, a fluid filled in the fluid path 15, fluid transport units 20, 30 provided in at least a part of the fluid path 15 of the flexible sheet 11 to circulate the fluid in the fluid path 15, an electromagnetic shield film 42 formed on at least either the front or the rear sides of the flexible sheet 11, a control circuit unit for controlling the fluid transport units 20, 30, and a ground section for grounding the electromagnetic shielding film 42.
