PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus in which a user pastes paste data to target image data while being well balanced, even without largely adjusting their sizes. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image data designating means for designating image data of a past destination and image data of a paste source; a recognition means for recognizing display sizes of the designated two pieces of image data; a paste data designating means for designating paste data to be pasted from the image data of the paste source; an enlargement processing means for enlarging the paste data in an enlargement scale based on the recognized display sizes of the image data of the paste destination and the paster source; and a pasting means for pasting the enlarged paste data to the target image data.
