PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of photographing video images desired by a user at a usual position, and performing television telephony communications. SOLUTION: A camera device 15 and a rotation base 16 are arranged in a space formed by hollowing out the upper right corner at an upper cabinet 11 of a mobile terminal device 10. The rotation base 16 can be rotated as centered on a center axis M. Additionally, an angle variable base 26 is provided at the rotation base 16. The angle variable base 26 can be rocked as centered on a fixed axis N. Consequently, a photographing direction and a vertical angle for the camera device 15 can be adjusted by rotating rotation base 16 and rocking the angle variable base 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
