PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device comprising a drop prevention member capable of preventing flying of a bolt and a washer caused by fracture of the bolt, and reducing risk of dropping. SOLUTION: In this bearing device comprising a rubber bearing body composed of an upper shoe fixed to an upper structure through a sole plate, a lower shoe fixed to a lower structure through a base plate, and a rubber layer disposed between the upper and lower shoes, and side blocks 30 disposed at both sides of the rubber bearing body and fixed to the lower shoe and the base plate by the bolts, a head portion of the bolt 31 and a washer for fixing the side block 30 are gripped by a clip 20, and the clip 20 is fixed to the side block 30.
