PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize the oil total volume in an engine while securing reliability of a pump for sending out oil in an oil tank to a dry-sump system lubricating device. SOLUTION: An oil pan 16 and an oil tank 21 are connected by an oil return pipe 3. The oil return pipe 3 is provided with a closing member 32 closing the oil return pipe 3 by receiving hydraulic pressure generated in engine operation via a hydraulic action pipe 31. Thus, the reliability of the feed pump 26 is secured by securing the oil volume in the oil tank 21 in the engine operation. While, since the oil volume in the oil tank 21 of opening the oil return pipe 3 becomes the specified volume when stopping an engine, the oil total volume can be recognized only by detecting the oil volume in the oil pan 16 by an oil level gauge 18.
