摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently maintain its pump capacity after oil viscosity reduces by a temperature rise in oil while reducing pump driving force when the oil is the low temperature. SOLUTION: This oil pump is respectively rotatably stored in a housing 31 in a state of meshing an outer driven rotor 32 having internal teeth 32a with an inner drive rotor 33 having external teeth 33a, and forcibly sends the oil to an oil delivery port 312 in a state of storing the oil in a void 34 formed in a meshing part between both rotors 32 and 33 by sucking the oil from an oil suction port 311; and has a passage 41 capable of leaking the oil in the void 34 of both rotors 32 and 33 to the oil suction port 311 side when necessary, and a control means for allowing oil leakage via the passage 41 when the temperature of the oil sucked in an oil suction port 311 is lower than the predetermined temperature and restricting so as to reduce the oil leakage via the passage 41 when the oil temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature.
