PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device which controls a throttle valve for opening and closing by the rotation of a motor, and has high suitability of throttle valve control with respect to the internal combustion engines by optimally setting rotational displacement of the throttle valve with respect to the rotational displacement of the motor in accordance with a request from an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An air intake passage 2 is opened and closed by the throttle valve 3 attached to a throttle valve shaft 4. The rotation of the motor M is slowed and transmitted to an output gear wheel G3 attached to the throttle valve shaft 4 through a motor gear wheel G1 and an intermediate gear wheel G2. Then an engagement pitch circle P of one pair among the gear wheels is made noncircular, and a reduction gear ratio of an output gear wheel G3 to the rotation of the motor M is variably controlled.
