PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash fixing device capable of efficiently condensing light emitted from a flash lamp toward a cover glass by preventing the light of the flash lamp from being partly shielded by a lamp fixing means and a lead wire fixing means. SOLUTION: The flash fixing device 50 includes the flash lamp 52; the trigger wire 53; a cooling air path 54; a side mirror 68; reflecting members 74 to 80 arranged in the device from both ends of the flash lamp at the outside of the flash lamp so as to reflect the light emitted from both ends of the flash lamp to the outside from both ends of the flash lamp toward the inside; the lamp fixing means 56; and the lead wire fixing means 58. In the flash fixing device 50, unfixed toner on a continuous paper 30 is fixed on the continuous paper 30 with the light emitted from the flash lamp 52.
